I had seen Tom's intercooler and radiator setup and after a few emails I decided to go with his setup. Tom agreed to make me some custom intercooler piping and supply me the phone #'s for the custom radiator and custom intercooler. I called Bell last month to order my intercooler to Tom's specs and they told me they would only have a 4.5" core ready at the end of September. I then called Howe for a custom radiator to Tom's specs and they told me to call Z1 because they ordered 10 identical radiators as Toms design and refused to sell me one. John at Z1 took my order and I had no problems with him.
Conclusion: Z1 radiator is exactly the same as Tom Green's The intercooler should be different since Gerhard at Bell didn't tell me to call up Z1. Now bring you ass down to ZCON along with the rest of the Z1 crew :)
:We take pretty stiff offense to your claim that we are copying you in any sort of way. I've never seen your setup until you posted those pics and the final parts for this were not even the first shot at them. We made other revisions to the orirginal design and if they happen to look like yours, so be it - but we didn't copy it.
